Ember & SaltKitchen · Atlanta
Candlelit restaurant table with wine glasses and a plated dish of salmon and greens

Auburn Avenue · Atlanta

Southern comfort, kissed by fire.

Wood-fired takes on the classics — smoked fried chicken, brisket mac, cast-iron cornbread — with live jazz pouring through the room every Friday and Saturday night.

Chef plating a dish under warm copper heat lamps in a restaurant kitchen

From Macon to the Michelin path

A grandmother's kitchen. A chef's fire.

Chef Marcus Webb grew up at his grandmother's elbow in Macon, Georgia, learning that good food is patience and salt. Years in fine-dining kitchens taught him precision. Ember & Salt is where the two finally sat down at the same table.

Every dish leaves the hearth with a little smoke on it and a lot of memory in it.
